      By opting into the Auto Reload feature, users authorize the NET EV charging application to automatically charge the pre-selected reload amount (e.g., RM 50, RM 100, etc.) to the credit card linked to their account whenever their balance falls below RM 30.
    2. Continuous Authorization:
      This authorization remains in effect until the user disables the Auto Reload feature. NET EV will continue to charge the designated amount to the user's credit card each time their balance drops below the specified threshold.
    3. User Consent:
      Users consent to the use of their credit card information for the purpose of processing Auto Reload transactions, in accordance with the NET EV’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Credit Card Information and Security
    1. Linking Credit Card:
      Users are required to securely link a valid credit card to their app account to activate the Auto Reload feature. The app employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect users’ financial information.
    2. Security Measures:
      NET EV shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard users' credit card information. However, users are responsible for ensuring their credit card information is accurate and up-to-date.

      Credit card information is stored in a secure environment and will only be used for processing payments related to the Auto Reload feature and other transactions within the app.
  3. Modification and Cancellation
    1. Adjusting Auto Reload Settings:
      Users can modify their Auto Reload settings, including the reload amount and the linked credit card, through the app’s settings at any time. Changes will be applied immediately to future Auto Reload transactions.
    2. Cancellation:
      Users may opt out of the Auto Reload feature at any time by disabling it in the app’s settings. Upon cancellation, users must manually manage their account balance to ensure uninterrupted access to charging services.
    3. Confirmation of Changes:
      Users will receive confirmation of any changes made to their Auto Reload settings. It is the user's responsibility to verify that their settings are correct.
  4. Transaction Processing and Records
    1. Transaction Confirmation:
      Upon each Auto Reload, users will receive an electronic receipt via email and/or notification within the app. The transaction will also be recorded in the user's transaction history, which is accessible within the app.
    2. Timing of Reloads:
      Auto Reload transactions are processed immediately once the user's account balance falls below RM 30. The recharge amount will be credited to the user's account without delay.
    3. Monitoring Transactions:
      Users are encouraged to regularly monitor their account balance and transaction history to ensure all charges are accurate.
  5. Refunds and Dispute Resolution
    1. Refund Policy:
      Auto Reload transactions are generally non-refundable. However, users may request a review of a specific transaction by contacting customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
    2. Dispute Handling:
      All disputes regarding Auto Reload transactions will be handled in accordance with the app’s dispute resolution process. The outcome of any dispute will be communicated to the user in a timely manner.

      In the event of a processing error, the app will take corrective action to adjust the user's account balance appropriately. Users will be notified of any corrections made.

    1. Sufficient Funds:
      Users are responsible for ensuring that their linked credit card has sufficient funds to cover Auto Reload transactions. NET EV will not be held liable for any fees or penalties imposed by the user's credit card provider due to insufficient funds.

      It is the user’s responsibility to monitor their account balance and Auto Reload transactions to ensure that their account remains in good standing.

      Users must ensure that their credit card and contact information is current and accurate. Failure to do so may result in failed transactions or service interruptions.

Network EV Sdn Bhd (“our”, “us”, “NET EV”) is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our EV charger users. This refund policy details the specific conditions under which refunds will be issued for our charging services. Our aim is to ensure transparency and satisfaction for all our users.

  1. Early Departure:
    • If an EV owner reserves a timeslot (e.g., 1 hour) and completes their charging session and vacates the premises after 55 minutes, they will be billed for the full 1-hour duration.
    • However, if another EV owner arrives to utilize the charger within the remaining 5 minutes of the original booking, NET EV will refund the 5 minutes' worth of fees to the initial EV owner.
    • This ensures that our charging resources are optimally utilized and fairly billed.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • If an EV owner cancels their booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled timeslot, they will receive a full refund. This allows us to manage our charging station schedule effectively and offer the slot to other users.
    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booked timeslot will incur the full charge for the scheduled charging time. However, all cancellations made within 2 hours of the booked timeslot shall be reviewed and investigated to allow for partial or full refund at the discretion by the Management of NET EV. This policy helps us maintain availability and service continuity for all users.
  3. Faulty Charger:
    • If an EV owner books a charging slot but encounters a malfunctioning charger, NET EV will refund the full amount paid.
    • Full charges are applied upon booking confirmation to secure the slot and ensure service readiness.
    • Any issues with the charger will be promptly addressed, and a complete refund will be issued to ensure fairness and user satisfaction.
  4. Processing Time:
    • All refunds will be processed within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) working days. This timeframe allows us to verify the details and ensure accurate refund processing.
    • Users will be notified via email once their refund has been processed, providing transparency and assurance.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that prevent access to the charging station, NET EV may issue refunds or reschedule bookings at no additional cost.
